Doreen is a Godsend. We had originally planned to sell by owner and were going to list it ourselves when we found Doreen. She sold my home for 8% more than I would've been asking, which easily covered the commission and gave me a much greater deposit for my new home.

Doreen was amazing! She helped my stage and prepare my house in Ontario for sale and once it went on the market, it sold in 4 days! She was an awesome negotiator and got us the price we wanted under the circumstances we wanted.
Doreen also helped us purchase our dream home in Upland. It was a short sale, but she made the process as painless as possible. She answered every question and walked us through the entire process. I was so worried about making an offer on a short sale, but she made it happen!

Having a great agent was key to our long distance move and I can't imagine using anyone other than Doreen. We moved from MO to CA and not knowing the area, the real estate market in CA or really having that much experience with buying a new house I'm so thankful that we had Doreen's experience, attention to detail, responsiveness, honestly and knowledge to help us with everything we needed. We had a limited amount of time to look for houses and she really paid attention to what we needed and wanted and was incredibly accommodating for the times and dates we were in town to look at houses and sign paperwork. I first met Doreen in 1998 when I called on a listing she had in a local Homes magazine. That was our first home purchase and I was very nervous, but by the time we were moving into that first house just a couple months later, I was sure God had answered my prayers by linking us up with such a kind, ethical, hard-working realtor who was really looking out for our best interests.
